GDPR Training
One of the requirements of GDPR is to demonstrate training.
How are you planning to train staff? A key element of any company GDPR compliance framework is staff awareness
Guidance from data protection authorities emphasises on the importance of making staff aware of the Regulation and for organisations to start introducing this into their induction programme.
Without a staff awareness programme, your company runs the risk of breaching the Regulation, which can result in serious consequences or fines.
Engaging training will support your staff in having a clear understanding of the key changes introduced by GDPR and the requirements that will affect their day-to-day work.
